There is confusion at the INEC collation centre in Abuja as agents of the Peoples Democratic Party have blocked the continuation of the declaration of results.
One of the agents is holding on to the microphone and insisting that Chairman Attahiru Jega must not continue the declaration of results.
“Prof Jega, you cannot continue, you cannot continue,” he barked at Mr. Jega as the INEC chairman made to move ahead with proceedings.
